Programmers.io is currently looking for a "Release Train Engineer"Remote Role.Contract Role open for C2C OR W2Role Summary:Seeking an experienced RTE/RDL to lead Agile Release Train execution across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, driving risk and issue resolution, and influencing senior stakeholders to make timely decisions. This is a leadership role requiring strong facilitation skills, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively from day one.Mandatory SkillsProven experience as an RTE, RDL, or Program Delivery LeadHands-on experience with:PI Planning facilitationRally (CA Agile Central)Cross-team dependency managementProgram risk and impediment managementStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to drive planning, prioritization, and decision-making across concurrent programsExperience using GenAI tools (Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve delivery productivity and outcomesPreferred SkillsHealthcare, Health Insurance, or other regulated industry experienceExperience leading large-scale Agile programs and ARTsGood to HaveSAFe Certification (not mandatory)Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira Align, or similar Agile toolsIf you are interested, please apply or feel free to share your updated resume at anas.khan@programmers.ai
