The Apartment Manager will oversee daily management operations of a residential property, including tenant relations, ensuring maintenance and cleanliness, and managing leasing activities. They will also be responsible for handling budgets, resolving tenant concerns, supervising on-site staff, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
