Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Freshmen/JV Boys Soccer Coach based in Tabernacle, NJ. The coach will plan, organize, and conduct practices and matches to develop team skills, sportsmanship, and individual player growth. Responsibilities also include mentoring student-athletes, collaborating with other soccer coaches to create cohesive training programs, and upholding the values and policies of Seneca High School. QualificationsSoccer Coaching and Coaching expertise to mentor and train student-athletes effectivelyStrong Communication skills to interact with players, parents, and colleaguesKnowledge of the game of Soccer with the ability to apply strategic gameplayExperience or background in Education to support student-athlete academic and athletic growthProven ability to foster teamwork and maintain a respectful and inclusive environmentCertifications in First Aid, CPR, or Sports Safety are a plusExperience coaching at the high school or club level is an advantageBachelor’s degree or relevant coaching certifications preferredTime CommitmentFirst practice/tryout is Monday August 17thPractices and games will be every weekday from August 17th-October 29thPractices will be in the morning in August and will be after school in September, October, 2:45-4:30Games will be after school at 3:45pmTravel on bus for away games
