Cloud Support Engineer

Job Title: Cloud Platform EngineerLocation: Nashville, TN (Remote) Duration: 12+ Months Responsibilities : Able to perform triage/troubleshoot for the production issues.Perform deep dive analysis on business queries related to claim processing.Able to write SQL queries for business requirement.Able to identify any performance issues with existing code/job setup and suggest the possible fix.Able to support oncall when required (rotational basis) 24*7.Able to lead P1/P2 bridge calls independently , articulate the problem statement and channelize the next steps with stake holders.Able to support on weekend/holidays on rotational basis.
