1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.2. Experience: 13+ years of Android development experience.3. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin and Android SDK.4. Development Tools: Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle and Git.5. Design Patterns: Knowledge of MVP, MVVM or MVI architectures.6. Database: Experience with Room Persistence Library or SQLite.7. API Integration: Understanding of RESTful APIs and networking libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp).8. Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito or Robolectric.9.
