Your Role: As the Director of Advertising, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our sales team to achieve revenue goals across various platforms, including digital products, sponsorships/events, and print products. Your responsibilities will include: Setting and achieving revenue goals, both short and long term, through innovative sales strategies. Hiring, training, and motivating our sales team to excel in their roles. Providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns and special initiatives. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with industry influencers, strategic partners, and advertisers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals and resolve issues efficiently. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of sales techniques and financial principles to drive results.
