What You'll Do As a CNC Lathe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts according to detailed specifications.Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.Setting up, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance on CNC machinery.Conducting inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions.Troubleshooting machine issues and collaborating with team members to resolve them efficiently.Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.Managing multiple machines to meet production deadlines without sacrificing quality. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:Experience working with CNC lathe machines or a strong manufacturing background willing to learn.Dependability and a strong work ethic.Basic math skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings.Familiarity with deburring, filing, sanding, and shaping parts.Knowledge of coordinate measuring machines for quality assurance (preferred).Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Open to continuous learning and skill development.
