Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.If this sounds like you, let’s talk.The Regional Business Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales as well as the wider Americas team. As the lead for their geographic area, this individual is responsible for delivering defined targets centered around retailer performance. In addition you provide direction to dealer partners and act as ambassadors for the region as well as executing sale events and campaigns.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Delivery of retailer performance (Sales Targets, Market Penetration, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction, Profitability)Regional strategy development including: Distribution channel, marketing approach, fleet and pre-owned strategies, etc. RBMs are expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs. the current automotive processesResearch, identify and establish regional partnerships & cooperations with strategic partners fitting the Grenadier brand as part of a process to operationalise the America's sales strategyPrepare business case analysis on the recommendation of market entry plans and sales channelsWork closely with the Marketing & Communications teams to tailor the global strategy to the region and to ensure its implementationWhat we are looking for:Proven track record in general Senior Automotive management as well as sales, sales planning, sales steering and marketing. A proven background in network development and Aftersales is necessaryCustomer-facing experience and product business development experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking that sometimes challenges the status quoUp-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience trends.
