Salary for our option including benefits and insurance ($70K) What our benefits package includes: Health - Blue Cross and Blue Shield - Zero monthly premium Short term disability - Zero monthly premium Life Insurance - Zero monthly premium Vision and Dental - Less than $70.00 monthly premium 401K after 1 year Salary for our option with no benefits and insurance ($77K) A successful Special Education Teacher will: Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) Identify the needs of assigned students through formal and informal assessments Collaborate with general education teachers to utilize appropriate methods of learning delivery and instruction to meet the needs of each student Prepare timely progress reports for each student Maintain regular communication with parents by means of email, phone calls, conferences, and progress reports You’ll need to provide the following education & licensing requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (required) AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card AZ Department of Education Special Education certification About Scoot: People are our entire reason for being.
