You will be an essential member of a collaborative care team focused on safety, engagement, and person-centered memory care./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, eating, and mobility/liliMonitor and document resident health status, behaviors, and changes in condition/liliSupport residents with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques/liliPromote a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment/liliEncourage participation in daily routines and life enrichment activities/liliCommunicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and leadership regarding resident needs/liliAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfers/liliProvide compassionate emotional support to residents and families/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pRequired:/pulliCurrent Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment/liliCompassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliExperience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care/liliExperience working with individuals living with dementia/liliCPR certification/li/ul/div
