Project and Operations Administrator

Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project & Operations Administrator to support light project management activities, operational workflows, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, can see what needs to be done, proactively executes and enjoys contributing to efficient project execution and the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to make sound decisions based on given facts, organized, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong communication. Project & Workflow Support Assist with light project management activities to ensure efficient workflow and on-time task execution Track project-related activities, documentation, and milestones Support internal teams with coordination, follow-ups, and status updates Inventory & Purchasing Support Assist with inventory management, tracking, and documentation Request Bill of Materials (BOM) pricing from vendors and suppliers Support purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment Administrative & Data Management Maintain accurate project files, records, and documentation (digital and physical) Perform data entry and record keeping within ERP systems and supporting tools Ensure project and operational data is organized, current, and accessible Communication & Coordination Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Support cross-functional collaboration through written and verbal communication Escalate issues or delays appropriately while maintaining accountability Technology & Business Acumen Utilize ERP systems, Excel, and other business technologies effectively Understand basic business operations, cost drivers, and project profitability Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow processes Required Qualifications Experience working in an office environment in a similar coordination, administrative, or project support role Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and general office technology Understanding of project workflows, filing systems, data entry, and record management Salary is commensurate with experience.
