Customer Service Representative

First Choice Coffee Services… A provider of premium office coffee services to the Milwaukee, WI business community is pleased to announce a full-time position opening for a Customer Service Representative. Position Responsibilities: · Serve as liaison for communication with field tech to fill customer requests · Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and customer requests · Receives customer orders/requests of high volume phones, fax or e-mail · Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner · Collections/Account Receivables Position Qualifications: · Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills · Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of tasks and issues with tact, cooperation and professionalism · Excellent computer skills · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting tasks · 2+ years of customer service We Offer: · Competitive hourly wage · Major medical benefits, 401k, paid vacation · 40 hour work week (M-F) 7:30am - 4:00pm If you thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment, you are ambitious with the drive and passion to succeed then you need to join our winning team!
