We maintain a fine lineup of world-class products, and even more importantly, a strong team of world-class people.Position Summary:We are looking for a full-time customer service-oriented Draft Services Representative. This position will deliver and maintain draft equipment at assigned accounts, establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and accounts, resolve service complaints and special customer requests.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Organize schedule and maintain daily routePerform installations in new and existing accountsDeliver tap handles to the accounts as requested by the Sales rep/Team Leader.Establishes rapport with decision-maker (manager or owner) at assigned accounts.Assists on installations as needed.Maintains draft equipment used for servicing accounts in good condition.Completes a daily tracking work logDiagnose and repair draft system problems for the retailer.Perform all other duties as assignedConsult with accounts on draft problems to troubleshoot and resolve and following up to ensure customer satisfactionWork with accounts and sales team regarding service & new sales opportunitiesMaintain proper inventory of parts, cleaning chemicals and tap handlesClean and maintain draft work areas and equipmentRequired Skills and Experience:21 years of age or olderExcellent customer service and communication skillsFrequently required to lift and/or move up to (50) lbs for package product and up to (100) lbs for keg productMust be able to work weekends and holidaysMust have a valid driver's license with clean driving recordMust have a cell phone with data capability, we will provide cell phone allowancePrevious beverage industry experience helpful, but not necessaryRequired to drive own vehicleCompensation:Cell phone allowance - $30.00 per monthCar Allowance $400 per monthPaid holidaysWeekly pay scheduleHensley Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plus EAP, 401K, Tuition ReimbursementPTO - Paid time offSafe Ride Home- Cab ride or UBER reimbursementIn-house CDL Program
