Quality Improvement Specialist
A company is looking for a Quality Initiative Specialist who facilitates and supports quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Supports quality improvement methodology and tools to enhance process and outcome measures
Coordinates and analyzes data related to clinical processes and patient outcomes
Coaches departments in implementing improvement strategies and evidence-based practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Performance Improvement (PI) certification preferred
3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience in Quality Improvement Methodology and data analysis
Proficiency in MS Office or similar software required
