Restaurant Breakfast Cook
Features Restaurant & Bar at the Hilton Fort Wayne is looking for a Full-Time Breakfast Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient with omelets, egg dishes and other breakfast needs.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Collaborate with the catering team to coordinate food preparation for events
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen setting
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary terminology
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Have knowledge of ticket coordination
Positive outlook on business of operations
willing to learn about buffets and day to day business,
knife skills, prepping of breakfast products, and sauce preparations
Able to work well with others.
