We have one part-time position available (15-20 hours per week, hours start after 3:45pm) with potential to grow into a leadership role. What You Will Do: As an Environmental Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Performing comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing duties in commercial settings. Cleaning and maintaining floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming). Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling. Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Cleaning and restocking restrooms and break areas. Ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard of quality. For the leadership-track position, additional responsibilities include: Assisting with bringing in new customer accounts. Conducting quality control checks at existing job sites to ensure client satisfaction. Serving as a key point of contact and team leader. What We Are Looking For: A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. Ability to be on your feet for the duration of the shift. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, crouch, and climb a ladder safely. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
