We offer steady, reliable work year-round with rare layoffs.If you have 10+ years of experience under your belt, take uncompromising pride in your craftsmanship, and are looking for a company you can eventually retire from, this is the home for you.What You Will Be DoingYou will bring your decades of technical expertise to every commercial and residential project:Service & Installation: Expertly install, repair, and maintain a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing systems.Advanced Troubleshooting: Rapidly and accurately diagnose complex issues with pipes, drains, fixtures, and water heaters.Piping Mastery: Work skillfully and efficiently with PEX, copper, PVC, and cast iron piping systems.Technical Execution: Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure precise accuracy on every single job.Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly meets or exceeds local plumbing codes and safety standards.Client Relations: Provide top-notch, respectful customer service by clearly explaining repairs, maintenance, and solutions to clients.Asset Maintenance: Keep all personal tools, company equipment, and company vehicles in excellent, professional condition.What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in a similar plumbing role is strictly required.Technical Knowledge: A deep, comprehensive understanding of plumbing codes, piping systems, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.Independence: Highly capable of working independently while consistently maintaining our elite quality standards.Tools of the Trade: Must possess your own basic hand tools for the plumbing trade.Licensure: A valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record.
