Superintendent – Healthcare, K-12, CommercialCharlotte, North Carolina$110,000 - $150,000 (DOE) + Comprehensive BenefitsA nationally recognized Top 10 General Contractor in the Carolinas, with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects, is seeking two Superintendents to join their growing project teams.This individual will play a key leadership role overseeing field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects across Healthcare, K-12 and Commercial, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion and turnover.Manage day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to maintain schedule and productivity goals.Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed project schedules in collaboration with Project Management teams.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.Conduct regular site meetings, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings.Identify and proactively resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays to minimize project impact.Oversee inspections, punch lists, commissioning activities, and final closeout processes.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff to support long-term team growth.Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific safety programs.Required Experience & Qualifications:Proven track record as a Superintendent within commercial construction.Minimum of 3-5 years of field leadership experience delivering complex, large-scale commercial projects ($20M–$100M+ preferred).Experience in Healthcare, K-12, Commercial construction required.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety compliance, and field coordination.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software preferred.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.Interested?Call Scott at +1 (656) 202-0744 to learn more.Alternatively, send your resume to scott@allegiance-construction.com
