We’re hiring aDirector of Brand Partnerships – Podcasts & Videoto own and scale sponsorship and custom brand partnerships across our podcast and video inventory.This role isnot newsletters ,not programmatic , andnot theoretical .We are specifically looking for someone who has:Soldpodcasts and/or video brand partnershipsClosed custom integrations, host reads, and bespoke contentWorked directly with brands and agenciesAn active book of relationships they know how to monetize, preferably with some coverage of finance-related brandsYou will be responsible for turning our shows and video content into meaningful, repeatable revenue.What You’ll DoSell podcast and video sponsorships, integrations, and custom brand programsBuild direct relationships with brands and media agenciesPackage shows and video content into scalable, high-CPM offeringsCollaborate with producers and hosts to ensure integrations performOwn pipeline, deal flow, and renewals end to endHelp shape pricing, inventory strategy, and brand positioningBe accountable for revenue, not activityThis is a closing role. You will be measured on results.Who You AreCurrently (or recently) selling podcast and/or video brand partnershipsProven experience closing custom content and sponsorship dealsComfortable working with agencies and brand decision-makersOrganized, proactive, and allergic to excusesMotivated by ownership, upside, and winningFinance brand experience is a major plus, but not requiredIf you haven’t sold podcast or video inventory before, this is not the role.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryCommission and incentives tied directly to revenueEquity!High autonomy, zero micromanagementA fast-moving environment where wins are visibleHow to Apply (Read Carefully)
