We're not just preserving traditionwe're evolving it, blending the rich history of Southern food with a bold, modern vision.Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to oversee our wine program and enhance every aspect of the guest experience.This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality-focused leader to join a nationally recognized restaurant group that celebrates innovation, mentorship, and excellence in service.Responsibilities:Lead the wine and beverage program with expertise, enthusiasm, and visionCurate and maintain a global wine list that complements the menu and enhances the guest experienceProvide tableside wine service and offer pairing recommendationsEducate and train staff on wine knowledge, service techniques, and food pairing principlesMonitor wine inventory and vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and product qualityCollaborate with the culinary team to execute seasonal pairings and special eventsMaintain a strong leadership presence by working a full rotation of opening, mid, and closing shifts.What You'll Bring:Wine management experience in a high-end, full-service restaurantCertification from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Level 2+) or WSET Level 3Deep knowledge of international wine regions, varietals, and vintagesWarm, engaging, and guest-focused hospitality styleStrong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team developmentPassion for wine, ongoing learning, and delivering world-class serviceWell-versed in financials, inventory oversight, and team schedulingReady to Lead with Passion?
