Title: Insurance Commercial Lines Account Executive, Healthcare focusLocation: King of Prussia, PA (HYBRID)Salary: $150,000k - $200,000k (dependent upon experience) + bonus and excellent benefits packageOur client, a National Property & Casualty Insurance Broker is a seeking an experience Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their growing Healthcare division. Position and is HYBRID. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial insurance expertise, deep relationship management skills, and experience handling middle market to large healthcare accounts including physician groups, medical practices, outpatient facilities, senior care organizations, behavioral health providers, allied healthcare providers, and related healthcare risks. Responsibilities: Maintain a designated book of business, accountable for growth, retention, and client satisfaction.Manage all aspects of the renewal process for complex healthcare accounts.Deliver consultative risk management and insurance program guidance tailored to healthcare organizations.Conduct regular stewardship meetings, renewal strategy discussions, and coverage reviews.Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.Review insurance exposures and analyze coverage needs across multiple lines of business including Medical Malpractice, GL, WC, Property, etc.Prepare renewal strategy documents, submissions, and marketing specifications.Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.Analyze policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and carrier proposals for accuracy and completeness.Present coverage recommendations and renewal options to clients.Analyze policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and carrier proposals for accuracy and completeness.Present coverage recommendations and renewal options to clients.Mentor and support junior account managers and service team members.Assist with establishing workflows, best practices, and service standards for healthcare accounts.Qualifications:Must have a minimum of 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experienceExperience managing large, sophisticated accountsBachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)Extensive Casualty experience7+ years of Healthcare account experienceThe specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
