We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Lead technical problem-solving efforts across semiconductor equipment and RF power systemsDrive supplier quality improvements, including root cause and corrective action processesSupport new product introduction with a focus on engineering, quality, and manufacturabilityManage supplier relationships and collaborate on process and test improvementsAnalyze and improve manufacturing and testing processes using data-driven methodologiesJob RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:10+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering and system-level problem-solving10+ years working in high-power RF environments (1-60 MHz) with expertise in RF systems, transmission lines, and impedance matching10+ years applying quality systems, product qualification, and engineering change processes in manufacturing environmentsWhat Sets You Apart:Experience with PCB assembly, inspection, and testingFamiliarity with advanced electrical measurement tools (e.g., network analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)Strong understanding of statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, DOE, GR&R, 8D, etc.)Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO, OSHA, IPC, UL, and IEEEHands-on lab experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills in cross-functional environmentsAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
