As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented teammates across multiple functions.DescriptionThe OpportunityThe Program Coordinator will assist with new client implementations, complex project lifecycles, prepare executive‐level communications, and coordinate stakeholder follow‐up. This role demands rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives across our business lines—including supplemental benefits, consumer directed health benefits, e‐commerce, and rewards & incentive programs.This person will be responsible for:Client Implementation SupportDevelop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans (including schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigations)Coordinate cross‐functional teams to ensure successful go‐lives and adherence to regulatory standardsProject OversightAssist with multi‐phase project execution, monitoring progress against scope, timeline, and budgetIdentify, escal ate and resolve project issues in a timely mannerExecutive CommunicationsPrepare and refine executive read‐out decks, summarizing program status, key metrics, risks, and recommended actionsTranslate complex data into concise, strategic insights for C‐suite and government stakeholdersMeeting Documentation & Action TrackingRecord precise meeting minutes, document decisions, and assign accountability for next stepsEnsure timely follow‐up and closure of action itemsStrategic Solution DeliveryCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, IT, Finance, and other disciplines to implement strategic initiativesSupport business development efforts, including responses to RFPs/RFIs and contract negotiationsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field or a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting the management of relevant implementations or projects.Proven expertise in project management, supporting complex projects, coordinating deliverables and outcomes among numerous stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and driving decisions with a large group of stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional teams in a highly regulated environment.Proficient in data analysis and summarizing insights with speed to action.Why you'll love working at LynxCompetitive salary packages, equity, and performance bonusesA driven, optimistic, customer‐focused, accountable, and collaborative cultureComprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insuranceUnlimited vacationPaid parental leave for eligible employees401(k) planFully remoteSalary$70,000 - $90,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
