Staff UX Designer

A company is looking for a Staff UX Designer to create intuitive user experiences for their Cancer and Expert Second Opinion products. Key Responsibilities Design and validate new user experiences through various UX artifacts Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes leveraging AI for mobile and web applications Conduct discovery research and usability tests while collaborating with cross-functional teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in graphic design, HCI, UX, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in designing applications, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong aptitude for performing and synthesizing research Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Claude Excellent visual design skills, including typography and layout
