Role Description As a Swimming Pool Technician at Orca Pools LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clermont, FL. Tasks include cleaning and balancing pool water, inspecting and repairing pool equipment, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with installations. The position also requires maintaining records of services performed and providing high-quality customer service to clients. Qualifications Technical skills in pool maintenance, equipment repair, and troubleshooting knowledgeExperience with cleaning, water testing, and pool chemical balanceFamiliarity with safety regulations and preventative maintenance practicesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyValid driver's license and reliable transportationPhysical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy equipmentExperience in swimming pool maintenance or certification as a Pool Operator is a plus
