Job Description My Client in Fallon NV is a Family Practice looking for a dedicated and skilled FNP or PA to work FT with clients in the Fallon NV area. The ideal person will have at least 5-6 months or more experience in a healthcare setting. Preferably Primary Care or Urgent Care or Internal Medicine. Duties Include: Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and preventive care. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as orthopedics, podiatry, and vascular radiography to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage patient care in various settings, including hospitals, senior care facilities, and outpatient clinics. Perform medical procedures as necessary, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications: Medical degree (NP/ PA) from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state. Experience or knowledge in areas such as DME (Durable Medical Equipment), orthopedics, health coaching, medical-surgical practices, senior care, patient care, family planning. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
