AI Learning and Enablement Manager

We are looking for an AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant to work directly with enterprise customers across the US, helping them unlock the full potential of AI by driving adoption, identifying high-impact business use cases, and delivering measurable productivity gains.This is a customer-facing consulting role focused on AI enablement, business transformation, and organizational adoption. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional business teams to lead Value Finder and discovery workshops, uncover AI opportunities, design adoption strategies, and embed Gemini Enterprise into everyday business workflows to create lasting business impact.Job Title: AI Learning and Enablement ManagerLocation: Near to NYC and are open to travel to client locations based on the needKey Responsibilities:Lead the enterprise-wide adoption of Google Gemini and AI-powered productivity solutions.Develop and execute the organization's AI adoption roadmap, including communication, training, and change management initiatives.Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.Facilitate discovery workshops to assess business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define AI-driven solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable, role-specific AI workflows, best practices, and operating procedures.Develop compelling business cases and executive recommendations that align AI initiatives with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, executive briefings, webinars, and live demonstrations for employees at all levels.Coach executives, managers, and business teams on integrating AI into daily workflows and driving sustainable adoption.Create and maintain AI enablement assets, including prompt libraries, playbooks, workflow guides, training materials, and knowledge resources.Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously optimize enablement strategies to increase engagement and long-term utilization.Define, measure, and report on key adoption metrics, including user engagement, utilization, productivity gains, and business impact.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in AI enablement, organizational change management, business consulting, or business process improvement.Hands-on experience leading enterprise adoption of AI productivity platforms such as Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar generative AI solutions.Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop high-impact AI use cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Experience identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI initiatives across business functions, including developing business cases, evaluating ROI, and presenting recommendations to executive stakeholders.Proven experience designing and delivering training programs, executive briefings, workshops, and AI enablement initiatives for diverse audiences.Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and a proven track record of driving enterprise technology adoption.Experience defining success metrics, measuring AI adoption, and reporting on utilization, productivity improvements, ROI, and overall business impact.Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional business leadersAbout Techolution:Techolution is the world's #1 AI Acceleration Partner and the inventor of BPA 4.0, the groundbreaking AI platform that delivers guaranteed ROI from enterprise AI in 30 days or less.With over 10+ years of experience, we specialize in turning AI into measurable business value—helping global enterprises achieve dramatic efficiency gains (like 42x improvements in key processes), modernize legacy systems, migrate to the cloud (as a Google Premier Partner), and deploy custom AI solutions across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, media, banking, government, and life sciences.Our mission is simple yet powerful: "TURN AI INTO ROI" — where it matters most.
