The Service Technician owns the customer journey from initial consultation to hands-on job completion in the exterior cleaning industry.Core Responsibilities• Drive sales performance• Lead and develop field technicians• Deliver exceptional client experiences• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and safety compliance• Build territory visibility and referral partnerships• Ensure CRM and business system compliance• Protect brand reputation in the communitySales & Revenue Leadership• Perform onsite consultations and proposals• Follow up on all open estimates within 48 hours• Upsell appropriate services during consultations• Participate in local networking and community events• Enter all estimates and notes into CRM• Communicate schedule progress daily• Close out work orders accuratelyProduction & Field Execution• Review work orders before dispatch• Ensure trucks are stocked and prepared• Lead crew onsite• Complete work to company quality standardsCustomer Experience & RetentionEquipment & Vehicle MaintenanceRequirements:• 1-5 years Outside Sales Experience• Ability to be outside and on your feet for 8 hours a day• Ability to work on small equipment• Great attention to detail• Ability to pass a criminal background check• Clean driving record• Solid use of computer programs and calendars• Ability to climb on 20 ft laddersCompensation:Base Pay: $15 hr, with up to 20 hours of overtime pay.Commission Structure:• 10% on closed sales• Production bonus at 3% thresholdBenefits: (After a 90-day period)• Health Insurance• 401(k)• Dental• PTO• PTO between Christmas and New Year's DayApply in person at:341 Specialty PointSanford, FL 32771855-763-8669Ask for Ted
