Software Development Engineer, TrafficShift

Overview In this role you build and maintain AWS’s foundational TrafficShift networking service to enable rapid mitigation of events and safe configuration deployments. You will work within the Global Connectivity and Network Availability team to design scalable, reliable components for AWS’s global network. You’ll collaborate with network engineers and stakeholders, mentor teammates, and drive operational excellence through code reviews and optimization. This is a fast-paced, startup-like environment inside AWS where you help protect and improve global network availability at scale.
