In this position, you will coordinate and optimize inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and support replenishment activities to ensure products are in the right place at the right time. You will assist with daily supply chain operations, including order processing, tracking shipments, resolving logistics issues, and working with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate data. The role involves analyzing demand patterns, identifying process improvements, and supporting implementation of inventory and operations management programs for customers. You will also prepare reports, maintain system records, and communicate status updates to stakeholders to support efficient, reliable supply chain performance.Qualifications Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills, including understanding of demand planning, logistics, and process optimization.Proficiency in Inventory Management, with experience tracking stock levels, managing replenishment, and using inventory or ERP systems.Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers and provide clear, timely updates.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, solve problems, and recommend practical improvements.Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations; experience in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.Comfort with spreadsheets and business software; familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
