Lab Compounder

Sharonville, OH | 7AM-3:30PM M-F | $23/hr. | Growth PotentialWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Samples Lab Compounder to support our R&D and Quality teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, compounding and distributing raw materials and flavor samples in a fast-paced lab environment.Experience You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a lab, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment.Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.Proficiency with basic computer systems and navigation abilities (MS Office, inventory software).Be adaptable at working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks.What You’ll DoReceive, label, compound, and store raw materials and incoming samples.Pick, prepare, and package flavor samples based on request specifications.Maintain precise inventory records and support proper stock rotation.Keep the samples lab and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized.Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely sample fulfillment.Follows all safety, sanitation, and quality control protocols when handling materials.Preferred CharacteristicsAssociate degree or technical training preferred.PerksOpportunity to grow your lab or manufacturing career.Supportive team environment and hands-on industry experience.Pathway to permanent employment through contract-to-hire.Zing Recruiting, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
