Founded in 1993, HGreg operates 31 new and used dealerships throughout the United States and Canada, and plans to continue expansion in the U.S.SUMMARY:The role of an Automotive Sales Consultant is to assist HGreg customers with their shopping experience and help them find the perfect car for their needs. This will include leading our customers through the HGreg sales process and ensuring an exceptional buying experience.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous mannerLead customers through the entire HGreg sales processUse HGreg CRM tool (DealerSocket) effectively to track all customer interactionsShare HGreg's Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core ValuesTake customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating featuresSell and deliver a minimum number of units per monthAttend product and sales training courses as requested by ManagementTurns 100 percent of closed deals to finance and insurance manager, along with properly completed paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.).Prepare sold vehicles for customer deliveryDelivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork.SCHEDULE:8-hour daily shift including weekends2 days off/weekEXPERIENCE DESIRED:Friendly and positive attitudeStrong customer service mentalityDemonstrate ability to execute HGreg's sales process with customersExcellent listening, telephone, and computer skillsOutstanding verbal and written communicationProfessional demeanor and appearanceLICENSE:Must maintain a valid in-state Driver's License and be considered insurable with the dealerships insurance policy.WHAT WE OFFER:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid Time OffPaid Group Term Life InsurancePaid Training to promote professional growthEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Supplemental Personal Accident InsurancePHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.Use hands, fingers and arms continually, frequently and throughout the day.Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop and kneel continually, frequently and throughout the day.Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.Operate and drive vehicles or equipment in a safe manner.
