Job Title: Senior Web Project ManagerDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Brooklyn NY 11201Work Mode: Hybrid - Work location & Remote (3 days in office/2 days remote)Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will work with the Service team to oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning, tracking and delivery with quality and on time. The project manager will serve as key communication link between internal and external stakeholders, develop and own delivery on timelines and help facilitate meetings to resolve issues and keep work aligned to deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with team to define project objectives and create and maintain detailed work planLead and manage tasks within the team and plan communication cadence within team and with external stakeholdersMonitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, and escalate issues on a timely basisMaintain project documentation ensuring alignment with objectivesSet up and manage user stories in Azure DevOps projectMandatory Skills/Experience Required8 years of experience managing web projectsDemonstrated experience delivering quality websites and web features to launchAbility to proactively plan and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a complex environment and elevate issues for resolutionExpertise in software delivery best practices with proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar system for ticketing and issue resolutionStrong communication skills to collaborate with leadership, experts, and decision makers cross-functionally and across teams, coaching teams to drive outcomesKnowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practicesExperience setting up project management tooling for teamsStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskManage quality assurance testing according to city processManage and execute software release processInterface with technical teams and have experience working with themDesirable Skills / ExperienceBackground in journalism, writing or marketing with keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with SEOProficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) like AEM and SEO toolsPMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferredUnderstanding of common project management tooling such as Airtable, Azure, Jira, etc.Experience managing budgets and resources
