Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Description Description:We are seeking a Superintendent with Multifamily experience to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Ideally looking for a candidate with wood framing, townhome and multifamily experience.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsRequirements:Qualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
