DescriptionOur client in the B2B consulting space is looking for a CRM Solutions Consultant to add to their remote team in the United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading discovery conversations, managing relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve how clients use their CRM systems to support business growth. Our client is looking for someone who is comfortable leading client conversations, asking thoughtful questions to uncover needs, and turning open-ended business challenges into clear next steps. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working within a CRM environment such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with the ability to build reports, support basic configurations, and collaborate with internal technical teams. To be successful in this role, you must be able to balance client communication with problem-solving, proactively identify new project opportunities, and manage multiple client relationships at once. Responsibilities• Manage client relationships for 6-12 B2B accounts, serving as the primary point of contact• Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities• Identify and develop new project opportunities within existing client accounts• Translate business needs into clear CRM recommendations and project plans• Create reports and dashboards to help clients track performance and identify insights• Coordinate with internal technical resources to support CRM configurations and enhancements• Develop project timelines, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams• Create documentation, training materials, and process guides for client use• Lead client training sessions and support CRM adoption efforts• Monitor client CRM usage and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growthCRM Consultant - Client Strategy & Growth (Salesforce OR HubSpot exp. req.) Qualifications• 3+ years of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) OR HubSpot (Marketing/Sales Hub) experience required• 2+ years of client-facing experience in CRM consulting or account management required• Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously required• Comfortable asking questions to uncover needs and identify new project opportunities required
