Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Client Intake Specialist. The role involves conducting client onboarding activities, assisting clients with initial inquiries, and building that lifetime relationship from the beginning. Qualifications Client Intake and Customer Service skills to efficiently manage onboarding and provide supportStrong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to ensure clear, professional, and empathetic interactionsBasic understanding of Insurance processes and proceduresDetail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive client information securely and accuratelyProficiency in standard office software and CRM toolsFlexibility and adaptability in a hybrid work environmentRelevant experience in client-facing roles is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service or related areas are a plus
