Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years')

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearingsNegotiate settlements and manage client reportingIndependently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionHandle civil cases through trialQualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)Experience in at least one of the following areas: construction defect, bodily injury defense, or other insurance defense matters (Required)What We Offer:Remote environmentCompetitive salaryGenerous bonus structureFull benefits packageSupportive and collaborative work environment
