Qualifications:2-3 years of procurement experience in computer, electronics, or hardware manufacturingProficiency with SAP ERP (Buyer module)Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsMandarin Speaker - a mustFlexible across diverse commodities and eager to grow professionallyExperience managing both direct and indirect procurement categoriesStrong communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teamsAbility to balance priorities between multiple sites and regionsData-driven decision-making skills with ability to avoid reactive procurementExperience sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationshipsUnderstanding of cost-effectiveness, quality, and delivery metricsResponsibilities:Execute procurement activities using SAP ERP (Buyer module) for both direct and indirect categoriesSource, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely deliveryAnalyze and prioritize global requests and apply sound judgment and data-driven insights to avoid reactive decision-makingTroubleshoot procurement and supply chain issues and escalate critical matters as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with operational needs and continuously learn and adapt to new categories, suppliers, and market conditions
