Workstation Support Analyst
*SYSTEMTEC* is seeking a Workstation Support Analystfor a _on-site _opportunity for candidates in Nashville, TN. Candidate will provide hands-on technical support for end-user computing environments, including workstation configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ticket resolution. The role will also support application packaging, security standards, asset tracking, documentation, and user assistance in a fast-paced onsite environment.
*Required Qualifications of the Workstation Support Analyst:*

* Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 2 years of relevant job-related experience.
* Minimum of 2 years of technical operations support experience.
* Demonstrated experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop/workstation environments.
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, workstation hardware, and end-user computing environments.
* Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, including VPN, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and domain environments.
* Knowledge of operating system imaging and workstation deployment concepts.
* Ability to provide technical guidance and on-the-spot training to end users.
* Must be eligible for the required C2 clearance.
* Ability to support a fast-paced, multi-platform environment that may require 24x7 responsiveness.
*Preferred Skills/Experience of the Workstation Support Analyst:*
* A+ certification.
* ServiceNow experience.
* Experience supporting and maintaining broader IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with application packaging, testing, validation, and deployment.
* Ability to recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions based on business needs.
*Responsibilities of the Workstation Support Analyst:*
* Manage assigned service tickets and dispatch requests while diagnosing and resolving workstation hardware, software, and user support issues.
* Configure, install, deploy, monitor, and maintain desktop systems and related software while ensuring appropriate backups, licensing, and security configurations.
* Test, troubleshoot, modify, validate, and document application packages.
* Maintain technical documentation, workstation standards, and configuration records to improve consistency and resolution times.
* Perform administrative and asset-related activities, including reporting, replacement-part ordering, equipment tracking, and inventory management.
* Provide end-user guidance and training, collaborate with other departments on technical issues, and stay current with technologies relevant to workstation support.
