Associate Principal, Database AdministrationSALARY: $135k - $140k plus 15%LOCATION: Coppell, TXHybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP, H1B TRANSFERSELLING POINTS: 2+ years SQL Database Administration. Terraform or Ansible. On call rotation every 2 monthsWhat You'll Do:This role will design and maintain databases and database solutions that operate within prescribed resource limits and meet company standards. Participate in and contribute to all phases of systems development projects. Monitor and tune database and database application performance.Qualifications:[Required] 3+ years’ experience as an associate DBA[Required] Proficient in DML, DDL, and database utilities for at least two DBMS technologies[Required] Proficient in all access methods of a DBMS as well as the underlying operating system access methodsTechnical Skills:[Preferred] 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server[Preferred] 1+ year Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins & CI/CD skills or enthusiastic to learn[Preferred] 1+ year PostgreSQL or enthusiastic to learn[Required] bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business[Preferred] Related financial industry experiences
