ResponsibilitiesThis is for a potential upcoming opportunity.The Program/Project Manager will provide senior-level administrative and program management support to PMS 339 under Task 1 of the Surface Training Systems Support Task.This role ensures executive products, strategic planning initiatives, meeting coordination, and program documentation directly support Surface Navy training readiness, modernization, and stakeholder decision-making. Under Task 1, your work directly supports:Surface Warfare Training Committee (SWTC) engagementsSurface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) IPTsStrategic planning and program analysisLeadership briefings and decision forumsLifecycle training modernization initiativesAdministrative precision supports warfighting readiness.Primary ResponsibilitiesPROGRAM MANAGEMENT SUPPORTProvide Senior-level Administrative Program Management Support IncludingPresentation and briefing developmentStrategic planning initiativesLong-range and short-range program analysisPlan development and integrationExecutive-level documentation preparationSWTC & STAVE SUPPORTDevelop products supporting Semi-Annual Surface Warfare Training Committee (SWTC) and monthly STAVE Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetingsPrepare: Presentations; Digital media; Executive brief materials; Decision support documentationEnsure materials are accurate, professional, and leadership-ready.DOCUMENT DEVELOPMENT & DATA MANAGEMENTPrepare and update: Databases; Naval messages; Agenda packages; Point papers; Recommendations; and Spreadsheet analysisEnsure compatibility with NAVSEA CIO-approved web-based document sharing platformsMaintain electronic and paper briefing librariesDuplicate, bind, and distribute presentation materials and presenter notes as requiredEXECUTIVE ANALYSIS & RECOMMENDATIONSDraft, analyze, integrate, and review program documentationProvide recommendations to PMS 339 Program Manager and Deputy Program ManagerEnsure alignment with Federal regulations; DoD policy; and Department of the Navy guidanceMEETING & ENGAGEMENT COORDINATIONCoordinate meeting and briefing schedulesRecord meeting minutes and maintain recordsProvide meeting space to support Team meetings; Client presentations; and Training sessionsSupport travel documentation and reportingPERSONNEL & ACCESS OVERSIGHTEnsure contractor personnel maintain:Required Secret clearanceSystem access to DoD/DoN platformsAccess to data repositories necessary to execute taskingMonitor compliance with government administrative requirementsWho Should ApplyThis role is ideal for Navy leaders with strong staff, executive support, or training systems backgrounds who have supported senior-level decision forums. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.Posted Salary RangeUSD $86,800.00 - USD $135,625.00 /Yr.
