Dunkin' Donuts - 1 South Main Street - Responsibilities: Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable state and federal laws; Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing and the development of employees through training and mentoring; Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs; Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner; Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
