Chronic Care Staffing is Hiring a Financial Analyst in Charleston, SC!Location: Fully Remote (in or near Charleston, SC)Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ESTPay Rate: $75,000 – $80,000 annuallyEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewChronic Care Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics initiatives across the organization. This fully remote role will work closely with leadership teams to analyze financial performance, develop reporting tools, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial analysis, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvementPrepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentationsSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activitiesBuild, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting toolsUtilize QuickBooks and related financial software to monitor reporting accuracy and financial performanceUse Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, and related tools to evaluate operational performance metricsInterpret data related to profitability, expenses, revenue, workforce utilization, and operational efficiencyAssist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processesCollaborate cross-functionally with leadership and departmental teamsEvaluate financial models and reporting metrics to support organizational strategyEnsure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of financial and operational dataIdentify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvementMaintain compliance with organizational policies and reporting standardsPerform additional duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business intelligence, or related analytical rolesMust live in, or near, Charleston, South Carolina.Experience using QuickBooks, Power BI, Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, or similar accounting and analytics platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelingStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyNice To HaveExperience within healthcare staffing or healthcare operationsExperience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational analyticsExperience with reporting automation and system integrationsMBA, CPA, CFA, or related professional certificationHome Office RequirementsHIPAA-compliant workspace with minimal distractionsDedicated room with a locked door to prevent accidental PHI disclosuresHigh-speed internet connectionCCS-approved computer setup with dual monitorsBenefitsCompetitive salary packageFully remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a growing healthcare organizationCollaborative and supportive leadership teamProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesStable full-time schedule
