You'll guide startups and investors from formation through late-stage financings and exits, drive strategic counseling, and manage complex transactions—ideal for a dealmaker pursuing Mountain View legal jobs with scale and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on venture capital financings, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, stock purchase agreements, investor rights agreements, and related documents.Provide day-to-day corporate counseling on governance, equity structures, compliance, and scaling strategies.Lead legal due diligence and risk assessments; manage multi-party deal processes.Collaborate with tax, employment, IP, and regulatory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.Track market terms and evolving laws to keep clients ahead of trends.Qualifications10+ years in corporate law with a focus on venture capital and emerging companies.Demonstrated record representing startups, venture funds, and growth investors across financings and M&A.Outstanding negotiation and drafting skills; comfort running multiple complex deals.Business-savvy client counseling and relationship management.JD from an accredited law school; California Bar required (active license).Culture & Firm AppealJoin a California-rooted platform offering high-growth company work, partner access, and meaningful mentorship.
