Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent healthcare degree with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment. Maintain active certification throughout the length of employment. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
