What You'll Do:
As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will help homeowners understand how solar energy can reduce their electricity costs while improving energy efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with homeowners for in-home solar consultations
Educating customers on Ameren utility rates and Illinois solar incentives
Presenting residential solar energy solutions
Building and managing a sales pipeline
Generating opportunities through referrals, networking, events, and company-generated leads
Following our structured solar consultation process
Tracking sales activity through our CRM
Guiding customers through the process from consultation to installation

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
Proficient computer skills including MS Office
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Current auto insurance
Smartphone required
Ability to travel locally for consultations (no overnight travel typically required)
