Your compensation after the probationary period will be determined based on the performance throughout the probationary period.PERKS (for Full-time Team Members)Health insuranceGym/fitness membership allowancePhone expense allowanceTransportation allowanceFree lunch at the office every daySocial and recreational activitiesGenerous vacation and leave policiesFlexible work arrangementsMaster's degree sponsorship, and moreJob DescriptionIn addition to the core responsibilities listed below, there may be occasional ad hoc projects that arise, providing opportunities to further diversify your skills and contribute to our organization in new and exciting ways. these projects can vary in scope and nature, offering a chance to explore different areas of the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering professional growth and broadening your experience.Oversee end-to-end transaction management for real estate or corporate deals, from initial contract execution through closing.Draft, review, and manage contracts, including purchase agreements, amendments, NDAs, and closing documents.Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, loan documents, and other third-party reports (e.g., environmental, appraisal, zoning) to identify risks and ensure compliance with transaction requirements.Coordinate due diligence processes, ensuring timely collection, organization, and review of legal, financial, and operational materials.Serve as the primary liaison with closing attorneys, title companies, lenders, brokers, and other counterparties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and close on schedule.Coordinate closely with closing attorneys to prepare and finalize closing deliverables, resolve outstanding issues, and facilitate successful transaction execution.Track critical dates, contingencies, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Support negotiations by preparing redlines, summarizing key terms, and identifying potential legal or business risks.Manage closing workflows, including preparation of closing checklists, settlement statements, and execution packages.Maintain organized transaction files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Assist with post-closing activities, including document retention, reporting, and follow-up obligations.Provide general paralegal support, including legal research, document preparation, and coordination with outside counsel.Full-timeFlexible hours with 4 hours overlap with the U.S. time zone (between 7PM–11 PM) daily.Onsite to Start, with a Hybrid Arrangement Over TimeApplyApply
