Lead Tech and Maintenance Supervisor opportunities for the right person.What You'll DoRespond to and complete resident work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, paint touch-ups, lock repairs, and general unit maintenanceComplete unit turns to make-ready standardPreventive maintenance on HVAC systems, water heaters, and common-area equipmentDiagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units; perform regular filter changes, coil cleaning, and system checksMinor to moderate plumbing: leak repairs, clog removal, fixture replacementMinor electrical: light fixtures, switches, outlets, and related workWork alongside our renovation team on property-wide upgrade projectsPool and common-area mechanical maintenancePaid on-call rotation for after-hours emergenciesMaintain a safe work environment and follow safety protocolsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of apartment maintenance experience OR equivalent trades experience (residential construction, facilities, hotel maintenance, commercial property)HVAC EPA Section 608 Certification required (Type II or Universal).
