This role works closely with Project Managers, architects, contractors, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It is a developmental position designed to build technical and leadership skills within the department.Your ImpactKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentationSupport coordination between internal teams and external partnersHelp identify issues and escalate to Project Managers for resolutionMaintain accurate records for financial forecasting and reportingParticipate in jobsite visits and provide on-site support as neededFoster positive relationships with brand counterparts and vendorsSpecific Activities May IncludeLease review and site surveysPreparing preliminary estimates and schedulesCollecting and validating site informationAssisting with architectural coordination and permitting processesSupporting bidding, contract negotiations, and vendor qualificationCoordinating owner-supplied materials and monitoring quality controlAssisting with jobsite management and punch list completionProviding brand/client representation during project phasesSupporting visual and marketing initiativesAssisting with contract and change order administrationHelping with financial and legal closeout documentationAdditional ResponsibilitiesParticipate in value engineering and cost-reduction exercisesContribute to process improvement and efficiency initiativesSupport vendor development and prototype/conceptual design effortsDemonstrate flexibility during peak workload periodsReview leases and site informationSupport the maintenance of our stores through the management of work orders as neededClick here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $67,700.00Maximum Salary: $88,830.00VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour ExperienceDegree from 4-year University in business, architecture, construction management or related field1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related rolesProficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and other web-based systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to travel for jobsite visits (approximately 20–40 days per year, with 10–30 overnight stays)We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
