Employee Records Administrator

Employee Records Administrator The Employee Records Administrator will collect, review, and input data into a computer processing system; audits output data.Responsibilities include:Identifying missing information and verifying and updating files to include all relevant data.Evaluating accounts and data to identify errors and make corrections.Processing and distributing output forms and reports.Developing and maintaining HR Records process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, to support operational efficiency and process standardization.May be involved in coding activities, calculating and checking batch totals and related clerical tasks.Working directly with employees on issues and questions related to employee self-service.Maintaining wage attachment records.Responsible for completing employment verifications.Working with unemployment processing vendor to provide all required information.Performing work under direct supervision.Handling basic issues and problems and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.Qualifications:Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications include:Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.Oral and written communication skills.Computer skills.Technical expertise.Clerical skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.Travel Requirements include:Infrequent travel to Company or client locations.
